We are committed to delivering top-tier sounds and ensuring customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on all individual sample packs purchased from The Warehouse Sounds.

How to Request a Refund

If a pack isn’t what you expected, simply reach out to us within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a refund promptly.

To request a refund, please contact us at shop@thewarehousesounds.com or visit our contact page. Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations

Refund Policy & Conditions

To ensure fairness and transparency, please note the following:

  • Bundle Refunds: Full refunds are not available for bundle purchases. Instead, we offer a partial refund equivalent to one sample pack, due to the number of packs included.
  • Usage Rights: Once a refund is issued, you lose the right to use any content from that purchase, including samples, presets, loops, vocals, MIDI files, and other assets.
  • Fraud Prevention: If we detect fraudulent behavior—such as purchasing packs, requesting refunds, and continuing to use the content—we reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion.
  • Cooling-Off Period: The standard 14-day EU cooling-off period no longer applies once a pack has been downloaded. We track downloads through our provider to verify usage.
  • Refund Frequency: Customers are eligible for only one refund every six months. If you have already received a refund, you must wait six months before requesting another.
  • Accidental Purchases: Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout.
